The challenge

Dispatchers coordinated hundreds of daily deliveries by phone and spreadsheet, with no live visibility of vehicles or proof of delivery.

Our solution

We built a Next.js dispatch dashboard, a React Native driver app with offline support, and an event-driven backend on AWS that streams GPS updates in real time.
