TIME TRACKING FOR REAL TEAMS

Know where the day actually went.

Pulse tracks work the way it really happens — apps, windows, and focus, captured automatically — so you spend less time logging hours and more time on the work itself.

Data, not surveillance

No keystroke logging pretending to measure character — just where the time actually went.

Idle time, shown honestly

Breaks are visible, never hidden or silently punished in the total.

One honest score

A Focus Score built from real activity — not a spreadsheet of guilt.

FEATURES

Everything the team needs, nothing they have to babysit.

Automatic time tracking

A lightweight desktop agent tracks active work sessions in the background — start, pause, and resume sync live, so what you see is what actually happened.

App & window insights

See exactly which apps and windows the day went to — down to the file you had open or the page you were reading — not just a generic "active" indicator.

A live team dashboard

Everyone's status, daily and weekly totals, and a month-view activity calendar — one place to see how the team's time is actually going.

Idle-aware, auto-pause

The agent notices when you’ve stepped away and pauses fairly — idle time is logged and shown on your timeline, never silently hidden or padded into your hours.

Jira & Trello ticket log

Pick which in-development tickets you worked on each day, pulled straight from Jira or Trello — a standup-style log, not another task tracker to babysit.

Everywhere you work

A desktop agent for macOS, Windows, and Linux, plus a mobile app and this web dashboard — the same real data, wherever you check it.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps. No timesheets.

01

Install the agent

One download for your OS, sign in with your team's account.

02

Work normally

The agent quietly tracks active time and app usage in the background — no manual timers to remember.

03

See it on the dashboard

You and your team get an honest, live picture of where the day actually went — and a Focus Score that comes with it.

PRICING

Priced for your team, not a price list.

Let’s talk

Pricing depends on team size and which features you need — screenshots, Jira/Trello, per-user goals. Tell us about your team and we’ll get back to you same day.

QUESTIONS

Straight answers.

No. Pulse tracks which app and window is active, not what you type. There's no keystroke content capture anywhere in the product.

After a configurable idle threshold, the agent pauses and logs it as idle time — visible on your own timeline, not silently folded into your hours or hidden from you.

No. Screenshots are off by default and are a per-workspace, per-person toggle an admin has to turn on deliberately.

Only their own direct and indirect reports. Visibility follows your org chart — an admin sees the whole org, a team lead sees their subtree, an individual contributor sees only themselves.

No. Every organization is isolated at the data layer — nothing you track is ever visible to another workspace.
